I am starting to do silk peak printing and I need a clothed printer to print the Art work. I am mostly going to be printing in Black and White, but will occasionally necessitate to print basic color photos as economically. I know I can spend about $150.00 or so. I would approaching an all-in-one (fax not needed) with the separate color/black ink tank. I have see a lot to chose from but don't know what is better. Any suggestions would backing, but personal experience is better. Thanks
What are some devout printers to check out?
I have owned Apple, HP, Epson, and Lexmark printers. I in a minute favor Canon however. They are not as widely sold or as well specified, but for the money, I think they are awsome. Small separate ink tank and easy on the wallet.
I enjoy used a variety of printers over the years, but I regard Epson printers really take the cake. They come near excellent softwrae, and, unlike the Canon printer I used (and I believe they still do this) which can only communicate you if you have ink or not, Epson printers notify you exactly how much ink is left. This can also bite you within the bum - if one cartridge runs out, you can't print.
Don't buy a Lexmark or HP printer - they don't use sperate cartridges and their trait is terrible (Lexmark's surrounded by particular - solely buy Lexmark laser printers), and Canon's are all right if treated properly, but I will other use Epson inkjets.
I have a Stylus C67 (discontinued), it's not a multifuncion, but nonetheless a great printer. The Epson Stylus CX3900 is a great multifunction. It retails for around $99 in need cable.
hp printers are pretty good
I feel one of the hp photosmart printer/scanner would fit your needs fine...dutiful luck
