Check below Services (start, control panel (modern view), performance and maintence, administrative tools) and look for Print Spooler, double click on it and cause sure it says automatic or start it if it have been stopped. If that does not work walk to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324757... If that does help post again and I'll find the other site I used to fix mine.
Type services.msc into your Run Box and product sure the Print Spooler service is both set to automatic and started.
