What does it parsimonious "SPOOLER is not ingaged" ?
go to Control Panel, Admin tools, Services, and see Printer Spooler service
enabled ? use windows comfort
The printer spooler isn't activated.
The Windows printer spooler is a program which act as a buffer between your printing application and the printer. You can send multiple print job to the printer, and the printer spooler will look after feeding respectively printing job to the printer, one at a time. Even if you convey only one situation to the printer, the spooler looks after the print job for you, while you can verbs working in Windows.
Did you install the drivers for the printer?
The installation disc should have enabled print spooling and set up the driver for you. If you didn't install the drivers, win updated ones from Dell's web site. Try re-installing the driver if you installed it already and you can't print anything.
