the printer is switched past its sell-by date or is not connected to the PC correctly. check it thoroughly, it will fix your problem

Verify that the printer is running and that adjectives cables are support. There might be a button to push to bring the printer online.
That mean that the computer is not reception the printer link or that the printer is bad... turn on the printer, if the printer is on and still says is past its sell-by date line try reinstalling the drivers and software that come with your printer.
Problem near your connection between printer & notebook or the printer is swicthed off ....
Open control panel double click on printer & faxes folder. Here you will find your printer rt click on it & choose

set as non-attendance printer, you are done.
Switch it off and afterwards check if the unplug it from the pc next plug it back into the PC switch it on and see what happen.
