All of Dell's printers are rebranded Lexmark printers. The Lexmark equivalent is 10N0016. Go to Office Max and you'll find brand new ones.

In the adjectives, do a search for Dell Lexmark T0529 and you'll find more places to fulfill your wishes. I highly recommend refill your current cartridge fairly than buying a new one. It costs almost partly the price.
