What is a programmable computer?

Which of underlisted types of computer are programmable? (a) Analogue and Digital.

(b) Mainframe and Minicomputer (mid-range).

(c) Personal (standalone) and Network.

What is a programmable computer?

All but the author of the query has probably a different and wrong answer to this (it's my judgment when I see the relevance of such question...) . Unfortunately I cannot guess how wrong he will be.

programmable computer is a tautology.

Analog can be programmable through hardware, you would plug the relevant modules to act a given mathematic function (nb: the term 'programmable' is as above-board here as the term 'computer' for this helpful of device... which I guess neither you nor your teacher never have any experience of).

For the other cases the distinctions (network or standalone, mainframe or mini) are just irrelevant in relation to the question...
By definition ALL computers are programmable regardless of the classification above. It's adjectives up to how friendly or accessible is the programming interface for the relevance of this question.

Example : Some computers are purpose built and near is no programming interface other than the code implement at manufacture, they can be programmed if different code is incepted when built.

Thus, this is not really a cross-question that can be answered categorically, it all depends!
