Printer model : HP Laserjet 1320 printer
Issue: Somebody told me when the printer is switched on for hours, some roller inside the printer attain damaged due to over heat..
What are the adjectives Technical problems next to HP1320 Laserjet printer? Is it angelic to hold on to its power on 24/7?
It's OK to keep the power on. Most printer own auto power save funtion. And steam roller didn't demage by over heat more than by print over-thick serious newspaper.
We have a few HP Laserjet 1320's that we disappear on 24/7 with no problems. I did however find the following service announcement on the subject of how printing can be affected by use of a UPS or surge strip.

The heat element within the fuser is the only part of a set of the printer that heats up. When the printer is not printing the factor is cooled to a predetermined temperature.
If an overheating problem exists than typically the High Voltage Power Supply or DC Controller PCB are substandard.
