What cause purple streaks from my scanner after the scan is sent to the printer. I hold tried two printers.?

Some impediment over the scanner lamp.

Rempve the chalice when the scanner is completely cold.

Clean both side of the glass and the oil lamp with Isoprpyl alcohol.
