perchance you should say culture....similar to in the US it's one and only separated by the weather really, but of course everyone have their own preferences.....but in India the girls own to wear the shawls over their faces, they aren't supposed to be see in public uncovered.....that's a culture, not necessarily a see.
How do you define see - then I will know what see I belong to and I can answer the question for myself.
where on earth in a tropical country mostly you can see us wearing shorts....
