What can be done roughly speaking the videotape on my printer?

The black ink videotape falls out its space. It does not have a firm setting.

What can be done roughly speaking the videotape on my printer?

Sounds resembling either you've get the wrong/a broken cartridge or the segment of your printer that holds it in place have broken.

In that case unless you want to shell out for a different print carriage you might be better bad getting a new printer.

:-(

And I return with so attached to my printers...sob...lol
If its a brand new printer, run it back to the store. I have something similar happen when I be installing a pc for a friend of mine.
All I can say-so is, faulty product. Take it spinal column to the store and make sure to pinch a carefull look at the new one they will offer you
if you can go to the network site for your printer and see how to install the ink cartridge for your printer. If you own an HP Printer they own a web page for everything to fix your printer. Lexmark does too and other companies own web page to help their customer's out when they obligation to find how to fix things on their printers.
