Replacing any ink cartridge is glib. simply push up on the cartridge, consequently pull it out of it's slot, if pushing up doesn't work, try pushing vertebrae down or away. sometimes it's harder than it looks. don't be afraid to use some force. once it's out, simply repeat the process in reverse to install a unmarked cartridge. again, it may require some force to take it to snap in place, but it must snap contained by place or it's not in. form sure the top of the printer is fastened securely beside the little top piece.
